There is the opportunity of ongoing employment and progression onto the Early Years Educator Level 3.Follow policies, procedures and systems to meet the educational, social, physical, emotional, health and welfare needs of the children.Become involved in children''s activities to stimulate and extend their learning.Demonstrate sensitivity toward children and families within the facility.Assist in the admission and induction of new children.Assist in the maintenance of all necessary records to meet internal, EYDCP and Ofsted requirements.Take an active role in promoting excellent health and safety practices.Respond effectively to health and safety issues and report any necessary matters.Participate in training and meetings as requested by the management team.Perform any other duties commensurate with the general nature of the position as requested by the management team.This is a hybrid model apprenticeship. You will work within the setting full-time, with time off the job to complete units for your apprenticeship.Further details about the training schedule will be provided at a later date.Employment details
