Position: Contracts ManagerLocation: London - Site Based Salary: up to 80,000 plus package Reports to: Operations DirectorRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong commercial expertise and a solid understanding of steel staircase fabrication. The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from handover through to final account, overseeing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a predominantly site-based role in London.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Handover and SetupAttend internal handover meetings and complete project documentation.Establish project folders and confirm stakeholder responsibilities.Ensure site readiness, including inductions, health and safety files, RAMS, lift plans, and drawings.Coordinate with sales and project teams for initial method statements.Programme and Delivery ManagementPrepare, update, and manage project programmes.Coordinate deliveries and work closely with site and design teams.Monitor progress and ensure smooth project execution.Commercial and Financial ManagementSafeguard the company''s commercial position at all times.Manage project budgets, variations, invoicing, and final accounts.Negotiate and price variation orders.Oversee procurement and performance of subcontract fabrication and installation teams.Technical and Design CoordinationLiaise with designers and follow up on RFIs and customer design information.Support ..... full job details .....
