This is a varied role combining housing management responsibilities with health and safety and compliance duties across a portfolio of approximately 250 general needs and supported housing properties.Key Responsibilities - - Manage tenancies and act as a key point of contact for residents.- Conduct property inspections, health and safety checks, and compliance visits.- Ensure properties remain compliant with fire safety, gas, electrical, and building safety requirements.- Manage tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, and rent arrears.- Liaise with contractors regarding repairs, maintenance, and compliance works.- Support tenants to sustain their tenancies and access relevant support services.- Maintain accurate housing and compliance records.About You - - Minimum 2 years'' experience within housing management, supported housing, or a similar environment.- Experience carrying out property inspections and compliance checks.- Knowledge of tenancy management and housing compliance.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.- Experience working with tenants, contractors, landlords, and external ..... full job details .....
