Associate Acoustic Consultant - London Location: LondonSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) A growing environmental consultancy is seeking an Associate Acoustic Consultant to lead the re-establishment of its in-house acoustics capability in London. With acoustics currently outsourced, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a service line, rebuild internal expertise, and shape the future direction of the discipline within a supportive, expanding business. This role is ideal for a senior consultant with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants real influence over growth, standards, and team development, while benefiting from the stability and platform of an established organisation. The Role You will lead the delivery and development of the acoustics offering from the London office, working across a diverse project portfolio while driving the transition of outsourced work back in-house. Projects include: Wind energy developments Planning and urban development Residential schemes Battery energy storage (BESS) Employment and industrial facilities Key Responsibilities Lead acoustics projects from inception to completion Produce and review high-quality technical reports Act as technical lead for clients and internal teams Improve processes, QA systems, and best practice standards Reduce outsourcing by building in-house capability Support business development and service growth Mentor junior staff and help build a London-based team About You Senior or ..... full job details .....
