As Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the general maintenance of the hotel, plus also the Health and Safety aspects, such as compliance and paperwork.andnbsp; As Maintenance Manager you will perform weekly tasks such as fire testing.andnbsp; You will be suported by a Team Leader and Maintenance Assistant.andnbsp; Electrical knowledge is advantageous and hotel experience is essential.andnbsp; If you have certificates such as pool plant, that will also be helpful, but we can put you through training.

What we need from you as Maintenance Manager -andnbsp;

-Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical
-Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment
-Delivery of excellent customer service
-Have knowledge of and operate hotel security and emergency procedures
-Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues
-Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective outcomes for the business
-Ability to work well under pressure
-A team player, working hand in hand with other departments
