As a Design and Technology Teacher, you may teach across DandT, Food Technology and Art, depending on your specialism and experience. You will plan and deliver engaging practical lessons, assess student progress and encourage creativity, problem-solving and technical skills. The ideal Design and Technology Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS, and early career teachers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology Teacher lessons. Teach DandT, Food Technology and/or Art according to your specialism. Develop students'' practical, creative and technical skills. Assess and monitor student progress. Promote safe and effective use of practical equipment and resources. Requirements: QTS or QTLS certification. PGCE or equivalent qualification. Experience teaching DandT, Food Technology and/or Art. Passion for practical and creative education.
