The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Manager will have experience of end-to-end complex employee relations and a strong understanding in the application of HR Policies, employment legislation and best practice.

You should be able to demonstrate exposure of dealing with change management processes including reorganisations and other relevant HR projects as well as dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders.
