This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our justice system while gaining valuable experience in a respected government department.About the RoleAs a Fines Officer, you''ll be part of the National Compliance and Enforcement Service (NCES), helping to enforce and collect court-imposed fines. This is a key administrative position where no two days are the same. From managing sensitive casework to engaging with defendants and preparing court documents, your work will directly support the delivery of justice.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforcing and collecting criminal fines using designated legal powersConducting telephone interviews with defendantsAssisting with enforcement hearings and preparing court materialsHandling enquiries from the public and other organisations (in person, by phone, and in writing)Processing casework and maintaining accurate internal recordsGeneral administrative tasks including post, photocopying, and data inputSupporting team meetings and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We''re Looking ForExcellent ..... full job details .....
