About the Role and Key Responsibilities

TailorEDucation is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of German to join one of our partner schools in Kent & Medway on a full-time maternity cover basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching German across GCSE and A Level, delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that develop students'' language skills, confidence and understanding.

You will be expected to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, monitor pupil progress and contribute to the wider life of the Modern Foreign Languages department and school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced German Teacher looking for a full-time maternity cover position within a supportive school environment.

The Ideal Candidate Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching German at secondary level
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level German
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, purposeful lessons
• A commitment to supporting pupils'' progress and development
• UK teaching experience
