Legal Secretary Temp to PermWe are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a busy and established Dudley based solicitors on a temporary-to-permanent basis.This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the legal team, while also being an important first point of contact for clients.Working within a criminal defence environment, you will need to be confident, professional and comfortable dealing with sensitive and sometimes challenging situations.Duties will include: Handling incoming telephone calls and client enquiriesTaking accurate messages and directing calls appropriatelyProviding secretarial and administrative support to solicitorsPreparing and formatting correspondence and documentationManaging emails, records and client filesLiaising with clients and external organisationsMaintaining accurate and confidential informationGeneral administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office We are looking for someone who: Has previous legal secretarial or legal administrative experience highly advantageousHas strong general administrative experience within a professional environmentIs confident and computer literateHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsIs organised with good attention to detailIs resilient and able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or sensitive conversationsIs comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment Hours Monday to Friday, ..... full job details .....
