HR Advisor Wednesbury £35,000 - £38,000 A well-established and highly respected business with over 50 years of success is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its team in Wednesbury, West Midlands. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad and rewarding HR remit, providing expert support to employees and managers across three locations: Wednesbury, Leeds and Crawley. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and making a real impact across the business. You will play a key role in supporting the employee experience and driving people-focused initiatives across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and flexible working requests.
