Key Areas of Responsibility This is a full-time Senior Account Handler role located in Manchester, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, strategising with account managers and negotiating with insurers on behalf of clients. You will also support the new business team in identifying and securing new clients The key purpose of this role is to provide advice and excellent service to new and existing clients, negotiating with them and the insurance market to ensure the products sold to them meet their requirements.
