A Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with extensive experience writing efficient code in C/C++ for microcontrollers and processors will join a Global Technology Company, delivering innovative electronic equipment to the broadcast industry. You''ll take designs from concept through to production - bringing strong C/C++ programming to write efficient code; will undertake hardware-software integration and system optimization as well as debugging and troubleshooting. Qualified to Degree level in a relevant Engineering discipline, the successful Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer will bring several years'' industrial design experience which should include Low-Level experience with Linux, Bare Metal coding and good knowledge of communication protocols.Key Skills and Experience sought include:Degree in Electronics, Software, Computer Science or similar discipline.Proficiency in C/C++ programming.Linux Operating Systems and Drivers.Bare Metal coding.Writing code for Microcontrollers and processors to control hardware.Good knowledge of communication protocols.Low level experience with RTOS.
