A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Busy Hotel and Restaurant in Worcester for a Head Chef. You will lead a brigade serving all fresh produce and preparing meals for restaurant and bar service as well small functions. The New Head Chef will have the opportunity to introduce new menus and develop the food concept at the hotel. You must have strong kitchen management skills and be able to lead and develop your brigade. You will serve meals for the bar and restaurant which has around 40 covers. The hotel has 2 function rooms for 80 guests as well as afternoon tea trade.Salary and BenefitsBasic Salary to £40k + tipsGP Bonus scheme40 hour week with straight shiftsFree ParkingMeals on dutyPension scheme
