This role involves carrying out detailed surveys of residential properties to identify causes of damp, mould and condensation, producing clear technical reports and recommendations for remedial works. Duties: Undertake damp and mould inspections across residential propertiesDiagnose causes of damp, condensation, and mould growthProduce detailed survey reports with photographic evidenceProvide clear recommendations for remedial actionsLiaise with housing teams, contractors and tenants where requiredEnsure compliance with current housing standards and guidance Requirements: Proven experience as a Damp and Mould Surveyor or in a similar property inspection roleStrong knowledge of damp, mould and building pathologyAbility to write clear, concise technical reportsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleGood communication and customer-facing skillsRelevant qualifications - desirable For more information, please call Meg Smith on or .
