We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Lead Country HR Business Partner. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic people agenda, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy. You will act as a credible HR partner within the UK and Ireland market(s) and work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders.Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office and 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of HRBP UKandIEResponsibilities

Partner with the Country MT and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agendaCommercially minded and enjoys connecting people strategies with business outcomesActs as a change agent, supporting management teams solutioned and provides strategic thought partnershipComfortable working with ambiguity within a fast paced, matrixed organisationLeverages data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and/or influence senior leaders where appropriateConsiders best practice and relevant compliance in the execution of projects and initiatives.What will you bring to the team?

Demonstrable experience in a strategic HR position, working alongside senior leadershipStrong organisation and execution abilitiesProven track record working in an international and matrixed environmentStrong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levelsAt JET, this is on the menu
