Wandsworth Council is seeking committed Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our Supporting Disabled Children Service, providing high-quality social work support tailored to meet the individual needs of children and young people.The RoleAs part of our Disabled Children Service, you will work closely with multi-agency partners, including our Preparing for Adulthood Service, in-house providers of short breaks, health and education professionals, and private and voluntary organisations. Your role will be to assess needs, develop personalised care plans, and provide effective support for children, young people, and their families.Your work will be guided by our Outstanding Practice Framework, ensuring a family-centred approach that promotes anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice.
