Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices Carrying out site surveys as and when required Producing formal quotations to clients Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with: Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope industry Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team ..... full job details .....
