Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Trading Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join a high-profile trading compliance environment on a 12-month inside IR35 contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your regulatory expertise within a complex, fast-paced commodities trading setting, supporting robust governance and market integrity. As a Trading Regulatory Compliance Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to trading and senior stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with global trading regulations and market conduct rules. You will lead compliance initiatives, conduct surveillance and risk assessments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and training programmes. Key responsibilities include advising on regulatory requirements and upcoming changes, monitoring trading activity for potential breaches, supporting new products and transactions, and acting as a key contact for regulatory interactions. You will collaborate closely with Trading, Legal and Risk teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, while promoting a strong culture of integrity.
