Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Maintenance Operative/ Handyperson to work within a large office in Marlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to building maintenance. You will mainly be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to the highest standards, delivering a safe, well-presented, and comfortable environment at all times. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks including painting, general repairs, small plumbing and electrical works, and garden maintenance, building upkeep, ensuring buildings and grounds are well-maintained at all times.Permanent GBP27,500 per annum Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm Possible out of hours attendance in emergencies if required.Main duties of the Maintenance Operative/ Handyperson: Carry out general maintenance duties across the site Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, within budget and scheduled timelines Respond promptly to reported maintenance issues and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, plant rooms, lighting, fire safety systems, and other critical building infrastructure To organise and undertake a pre-planned preventative maintenance schedule Manage on-site contractors where necessary and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed Maintain accurate records of works carried out and report any ..... full job details .....
