The role Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join our team in Lewisham. We are a specialist housing charity supporting around 200 adults across South East London, including people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, complex needs or leaving care. You will manage your own caseload, building trusted relationships with clients and helping them work towards realistic goals around their wellbeing, housing and independence. No two days will be exactly the same. You may be welcoming a new client, completing a risk assessment, helping someone understand their benefits, supporting a move-on plan or dealing calmly with a difficult situation.
