Senior Design Engineer We are working with a global leader who have been established for 50 years and specialise in design, manufacture and supply for industrial applications. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join the team in Bedford. Key requirements for the Design Engineer: Must have over 8 years working experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer A minimum of 8 years in industrial mechanical design experience is required Experience of using a 3D CAD package is required Must have an excellent background in Engineering / Manufacturing Ideally Apprentice trained or HNC is minimum requirement for the role Any experience of rotating machinery or special purpose machinery will be a distinct benefit Registered Incorporated Engineer (IEng) not essential but preferred Ability to work flexibly to achieve tight deadlines and targets A dynamic team player with positive attitude and a self starter is required The successful Senior Design Engineer will be required to work within an ISO 9001 environment and carry out all aspects of design for manufacture of the company''s mechanical products.
