Qualified Nursery Practitioner Required

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join friendly and supportive nursery teams across Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant childcare qualification and have a genuine passion for supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Providing outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children''s learning and development.
• Observing, assessing and recording children''s progress.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Acting as a key person for a group of children.
• Promoting children''s wellbeing, safety and individual needs.
• Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Supporting the nursery''s vision, values and commitment to excellence.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification).
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
