This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey and personal development of young people aged 11-16.Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs, you will provide tailored support to students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in learning.Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience working with children or young people ..... full job details .....
