About the Role:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for nursery-aged children
• Communicating children''s progress effectively to both the class teacher and parents/carers
• Writing clear and meaningful observations to support planning tailored to individual children''s development
• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that reflects each childandrsquo;s unique needs and interests

The ideal candidate will:

• CACHE Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related Education subject (essential)
• Previous experience working with children
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and responsibilities
• Familiarity with EYFS objectives and developmental milestones
• Proven experience in a nursery setting
• A strong and thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential
