SEN Support Worker Assistant
We are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs within a range of school settings. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to inclusive education and enjoys building positive, trusting relationships with children to help them succeed both academically and emotionally.About the RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning. You will play an important role in helping children develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills throughout the school day.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils with special educational needs on a one-to-one and small-group basisEncouraging engagement, focus, and positive behaviour in the classroomAssisting teaching staff with the delivery of adapted lessons and activitiesSupporting pupils with social, emotional, and communication needsHelping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentWho This Role Is ForThis position would suit someone who:Is calm, compassionate, and able to adapt to different learning needsEnjoys working as part of a wider school teamHas experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (desirable)Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (beneficial but not essential)What You Can ExpectA full-time role within welcoming and supportive school environmentsOngoing training and development opportunitiesThe chance to ..... full job details .....
