Team Manager - Platform Operations (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Description We re looking for a Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within Platform Operations. This is a fixed term contract role starting in February 2026. You ll oversee all aspects of the team s activities, ensuring accurate and efficient processing while maintaining excellent service and good customer outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of platform processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. What you''ll do Manage a team of Operations and Senior Operations Associates, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Oversee end-to-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Develop and implement operational procedures, controls, and best practices to improve efficiency and mitigate risk. Collaborate with other managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service across the Platform. Monitor and resolve operational issues, working with relevant teams. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions. Report and present accurate MI on team performance and operational issues to senior management. Lead team meetings and actively contribute to management forums. Set goals and hold regular check-ins with your team. Attend service calls with adviser firms, third-party users, and suppliers when required.
