About the role of Quantity Surveyor:As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within a strong commercial team and report into the Commercial Manager. You will have the support of several Senior Quantity Surveyors. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variationsManage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contractMust have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Reading.
