This appointment is key to expanding client relationships and driving new business in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.Role OverviewThe Small Works and Business Development Manager will oversee small works from 500 to 50,000, coordinate labour and materials, manage client relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities across central London estates and developments.
