Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or factory experience is advantageous, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are key.Duties: Assembly and production of foam and seat cushion components Gluing foam using water-based spray adhesive Fabrication and hands-on assembly work Labelling and checking finished products Stacking products into trolleys Loading and unloading vehicles Manual handling and handballing Working around production machinery Following health and safety procedures This is a hands-on, physical role. The fabrication area can be messy, and you will be required to stand for long periods and regularly handle products.The Ideal Candidate: Production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or factory experience preferred Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Reliable, punctual and hardworking Good attention to detail Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Looking for long-term employment PPE: Safety boots and hi-vis required.
