Your new roleReporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will work within an immediate transactional finance/operations team of three people. Your responsibilities will span the entire Accounts Receivable remit with a strong focus on Billing, as well as assisting with Accounts Payable. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Accounts Receivable ownershipManaging the AR inboxSales invoicing, including gaining billing approvalPosting and allocation of receiptsCredit ControlInvestigation and resolution of billing queriesRegular review of unbilled/diarised billingAccounts Payable supportMatching supplier invoices to PO''sPreparing supplier paymentsProcessing supplier invoicesCredit card review, allocation and reconciliationWhat you''ll need to succeedRecent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Accounts Assistant roleClear and confident communication skillsIntermediate Excel skills and competence using finance systemsDeadline driven with strong attention to detailStrong team player with an approachable and collaborative naturePrevious experience working within the media sector is advantageous (not essential).Experience working with foreign currencies (EUR, USD) is helpful, but not essential.Willingness to learnWhat you''ll get in returnFlexible working options available, with a hybrid working pattern ..... full job details .....
