They are looking for a Quality and Applications Support Technician to join their engineering team and play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, supporting customers and suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for internal teams and external customers requiring technical assistanceProvide root cause diagnostics and solutions through calls, video meetings, or customer site visitsSupport with installation, troubleshooting, and technical queries related to existing and new productsAssist with customer audits and technical assessments, including follow-up actionsManage incoming product inspections and support with Certificates of Conformity (COP) and inspection reportsCollaborate with quality teams to analyse customer complaints and identify root causesWork with suppliers to resolve issues through non-conformance reporting (NCRs) and corrective actions (CARs)Maintain CAD drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirementsSupport the engineering change process (ECNs) and new product introductionEnsure accurate and up-to-date product and inventory data within the ERP systemAnalyse customer quality ..... full job details .....
