Daniel Owen Agency are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician, to work for a Rail based contractor. This position will be working between Stansted and Chelmsford, meaning a driver''s license would be preferable due to the travelling involved. To be suitable for this role, you will also require a DBS certificate.This position will be Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, with the potential of additional hours needing to be worked depending on the workload. Along with this, there may be a requirement for occasional weekend work too, responding to callouts as required.Within this role, your duties will include:Taking delivery of materialsChecking delivery notes and handing them to the foremanCarrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on all electrical equipment on the client''s asset registerComplete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each FridayMake recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if necessaryCompleting Planned Maintenance works in accordance with the client specificationCompile list of remedial works required after PPM visitAssist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial worksOther job materials and submit copy paperwork to the Head Office each FridayAttend training and HandS courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts ManagerIn the event of an accident, report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to you during your site ..... full job details .....
