Parts Sales Manager required for a well-established Motor Trade Parts Business, located in Bradford.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £32,000.

- Prior Sales Team Management in a B2B capacity
- Extensive IT literacy knowledge, including MS Office.
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts/Telesales Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts/Telesales Department
- Ensuring the Parts Sales team maintain proper and accurate use of all Business systems.
- As a Parts Sales Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Sales Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
