This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team responsible for ensuring trains are clean, safe, and ready for service across the Northern network.The Role and About YouAs a Train Cleaner, you''ll be responsible for cleaning the interior of train carriages at Carlisle Station, ensuring every train is presented to a high standard before entering passenger service.This is a 35-hour-per-week position, working a rotating pattern of 4 on / 4 off and 5 on / 4 off, with shifts from 8:00pm to 6:00am. The role is available for an immediate start.Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning seating areas, tables, floors, toilets, and touchpoints.Removing waste and replenishing onboard consumables where required.Completing cleaning tasks within tight turnaround times while maintaining excellent standards.This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a busy, safety-critical environment.
