Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team, you''ll play a key role in delivering the reporting and financial insight needed to drive performance across the business. Responsibilities: Preparation of weekly and monthly accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Supporting rolling forecasts and explaining variances against targets Month-end journals and balance sheet review and reconciliation Working capital reporting and short-term cash flow forecasting Strengthening financial controls and identifying process improvements Business partnering with operational teams to improve performance Liaising with group functions and external auditors where required Requirements: At least 2 years'' experience within a Management Accountant role Qualified, part-qualified/finalist or qualified by experience - attitude and experience are just as important as the ..... full job details .....
