About you: An Engineering or Physics Degree. 10+ years working experience within technology with 5+ years in business development / commercial sales ideally with some experience in consulting sales. To have worked within Wireless Communications /RF Systems /Radar /Sensing industries or similar transferable area. Ability to understand customers'' strategic, commercial and technology challenges. Proven experience of establishing new business relationships, developing networks and building leads and sales pipelines. Experience of commercialization of both technologies and products. Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales campaigns.
