The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a sales-led environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently drive enquiries through to agreed Heads of Terms and completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Lettings (Open Storage and Commercial Sites)Actively market available sites and drive incoming tenant enquiries.Prospect local businesses and conduct viewings.Negotiate and agree Heads of Terms.Manage deals through to legal completion.Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive sales activity (phone outreach, networking, LinkedIn, direct marketing).Agent Management (Commercial Portfolio)Liaise regularly with external commercial agents.Ensure properties are being effectively marketed and performance monitored.Generate supplementary leads where required.Assist with negotiations and progress deals through legal stages.Drive momentum ..... full job details .....
