We seek an experienced
Senior Software Developer
to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor. You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape our technical architecture and engineering culture while delivering high-impact solutions.Your Impact
Technical Leadership and Architecture — Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems; drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team; evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches; design and implement scalable web applications using .NET Framework/Core/5+ and modern UI frameworks.Development and Delivery — Develop, maintain and modernize Excel integrated .Net add-ins for existing client base; write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery; build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services; work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to design, deploy and maintain scalable applications.Team Leadership and Collaboration — Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers; lead code reviews and drive improvements to development standards and processes; collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and design to implement technical solutions; present technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership; participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews.Process and Quality — Lead implementation of automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline development; drive technical discussions and facilitate architectural decision-making; lead Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to sprint planning and estimation; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full software development lifecycle; champion performance optimization and scalability considerations.Innovation and Growth — Stay current with emerging technologies and drive adoption of improvements to existing systems; lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical training within the team; contribute to technical documentation and architecture decision records.Qualifications
Professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadershipExpert-level proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core/5+ developmentStrong experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWSAdvanced proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)Deep expertise in software architecture patterns and ability to design scalable, distributed systemsExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflowsStrong background in API design and development (REST, JSON, GraphQL)Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven developmentKnowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as codeProven experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developersExperience leading Agile/Scrum practices and technical ceremoniesStrong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to various audiencesDemonstrated ability to make technical decisions considering business impactBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceNice to Have
