Account Director

Account Director Digital Marketing Agency - London, Shoreditch, 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility. We are looking for either an Account Manager ready to step up, or an Account Director to join a growing agency and to provide the bridge between clients and the team. We are working with an ambitious, multi-service digital marketing agency in London that is looking for a commercially minded, confident and personable Account Director to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building strong client relationships, understands how digital marketing agencies operate and enjoys bringing people together to deliver great work. Working closely with the COO, you will play a key role in connecting clients with the agency''s specialist teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships flourish and opportunities for growth are identified. The role This is a varied, hands on position where no two days will be quite the same. You will be the person who keeps clients happy, teams aligned and everything moving in the right direction. Your responsibilities will include: Building and developing strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person within the agency. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on expectations, priorities and deliverables.
