Recovery Centers of AmericaPosition Overview: The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development and implementation of RCA''s outpatient services. Oversees all aspects of outpatient services at a single RCA facility, provides clinical RCA training to the Outpatient team, troubleshoots, and solves clinical problems.Responsibilities
Follows program policies/procedures and evaluates mechanisms to ensure consistency with regulatory laws and standardsOversees all aspects of outpatient services at RCA''s facilityAdvises the CEO of the facilityDirects oversight of outpatient census within assigned areas, including ensuring adequate leads and/or direction where appropriateEnsures site meets census/budgetary requirementsAssist with managed care contracting with outpatient servicesMinimum Qualifications
Master''s Degree in clinical specialty or related fieldProfessional licensure in the state of operation required5+ years'' experience in an outpatient environmentManagement experience overseeing the work of other cliniciansExperience with developing an outpatient practiceCompetencies
