A leading main contractor are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Quality Manager to join a major data centre project in Slough on a contract basis. This is a position responsible for overseeing quality across the fit-out works, ensuring that installation, finishes and associated construction activities are delivered to the required standards, specifications and programme. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction fit-out, QA/QC and quality management, ideally gained on large-scale commercial, industrial, data centre or other technically complex projects. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for quality management across the fit-out package. Develop, implement and maintain Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Review approved drawings, specifications and construction documentation. Ensure fit-out works are completed in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards. Undertake regular site inspections and quality audits. Coordinate inspections, testing and quality hold/witness points. Monitor subcontractor workmanship and quality performance. Review and manage ITRs, RFIs, NCRs, observations and corrective actions. Identify quality issues at an early stage and drive timely resolution.
