About The Role We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to undertake a range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and associated construction works across assigned properties in and around High Wycombe. You will be responsible for completing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, using your broad range of trade skills to support the wider delivery programme and ensure properties are maintained and completed to the required standard. Working closely with the wider delivery team, you will undertake a variety of tasks across multiple trades, identify defects and complete remedial works where required. As a skilled site-based Multi Trade Operative, you will be accountable for the quality of your workmanship, health and safety, housekeeping and professional conduct when working in occupied properties. Your role will be key in ensuring works are completed right-first-time and with minimal disruption to residents. Hours: 40 hours per week.
