This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the ground floor, with genuine input into its food strategy and the chance to grow alongside it.What''s on Offer:£40,000 – £44,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday working pattern (early finish)

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations

Design and implement menus focused on nutrition, flavour, and scalability

Maintain consistency and efficiency across daily food production

Manage food costs, ordering, and stock control

Recruit, train, and motivate a small kitchen team

Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met

What We''re Looking For:Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

Strong background in catering, production kitchens, or dark kitchens

Proven ability to deliver quality at volume

Organised, reliable, and solutions-oriented

Genuine interest in health, nutrition, and food innovation

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
