A London based Project and Cost Management Consultancy with an impressive client portfolio, is seeking a personable, team focused Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Management team.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a London based consultancy and a team of 20+ (QS&PM) who work across a unique mix of museum and art projects, as well as interactive commercial/leisure projects.

Working alongside two Senior Quantity Surveyors and the Director of Cost Management, the new Quantity Surveyor will help undertake an array of pre and post contract tasks.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a Construction Consultancy / PQS experience
• An interest in conservation, museum, or heritage type projects
• Pre and post contract experience
