SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary SEN School - Greenwich

Location: Greenwich, South East London

Daily Rate: -95 - -115 (depending on experience)

Remedy Recruitment is seeking a caring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary SEN school in Greenwich. The school supports children aged 5-11 with a variety of needs including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

You will provide targeted support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop key skills, and build confidence in a nurturing environment.

• Support pupils with special educational needs in the classroom

• Assist with delivering personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children with SEN

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
