Your new company An established and growing building services and maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join its team across Northern Ireland.Your new role You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial gas heating systems across a range of commercial, industrial and public-sector properties. Duties will include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault-finding, breakdown response and remedial works, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systemsService, repair and maintain commercial boilers, burners and heating plantDiagnose and resolve faults on heating, hot water and control systemsComplete gas safety inspections, testing and commissioningProduce accurate service reports and maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and health and safety standardsProvide a high level of customer service across multiple client sitesWhat you''ll need to succeed Essential RequirementsCity and Guilds Level 2 and 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Heating or Mechanical ServicesCurrent Gas Safe Registration with relevant commercial gas qualificationsProven experience as a Commercial Gas EngineerStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExperience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance contractsGood understanding of Gas Safety and Health and Safety legislationFull ..... full job details .....
