They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Residential Child Care Worker to join their team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the young people in our client''s care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote the social, emotional, and educational development of each child.
