A cutting-edge developer is currently seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their team based in Buckinghamshire and oversee the infrastructure delivery of a complex, mixed-use redevelopment scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and delivery of infrastructure packages.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and utility providers.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and timelines.
• Oversee utility coordination and approvals (gas, water, electricity).
• Lead risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
