Multi skilled maintenance operative
Full-time - Temporary to permanent Position.
Shifts 0700-1500
Monday to Friday
£12.82 - £15.38 per hour

We are recruiting for an a multi skilled maintenance operative in the central Birmingham Area, they are responsible for maintaining a large production and manufacturing environment for an industry leading organisation.

This is role will involve for a metal working company with an Industry leading brand, the key responsibilities for this role are detailed below.

• Continuous repair and maintenance on all areas of the property.
• Basic Carpentry and repair of wooden materials.
• Decorating and painting across offices and production environments.
• Simple brick working and repair of exposed brick walls.
• When required Plumbing and Pipefitting.
• Reactive Husbandry of fixtures and fittings.

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications or experience.

• City and Guilds in Plumbing.
• Experience in multiple trade skills.
• Exposure to Carpentry on fire doors is preferable.
